The Spiritual Discipline of Worship

(Ps 100:2) “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.” Worshiping God means – “to fall down before” or “bow down before God”, to give “glory and honor” to God. Ways to worship the Lord: Singing, reading your Bible, clapping your hands, dancing, worship alone, worship with other believers. When we worship we prepare our hearts to glorify and honor God. Throughout the day we should seek moments and opportunity to worship God. It’s important to worship God in our hearts and in our minds. The next blog: The Spiritual Discipline of Telling Others.
