Praying for your husband 1

Yesterday we pray for our marriages and today we pray for our husbands.

(E Christen 2002) said: “The person praying according to God’s will is changing, and not prayer request.”

(James 5:16) “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.”

To pray is not a thing we must do; prayer was given by God to us to do. Praying on the same subject, the power of the prayers going to God is so much more compelling.

You can pray the following prayer, or you can use your words when you honour your appointment with God today.

You are the God, who satisfies the longing soul. You fill the hungry soul with good things. Here are _____’s heart and soul, Lord. I lift him up to you and ask you to fill him with the good you know He needs to take up his place as priest of his house. I pray these things with complete confidence in Jesus and Your Spirit at work in our marriage. (Ps107:9) AMEN

Hope you join me again tomorrow.

Amen! GOD made the man the head of the home for a reason and I am sure with the many pressures daily life brings, it gets hard for men at times, lets continue to intercede in prayer for them. Thank you for these prayers, GOD bless and keep you always!
